Why Kalham

Kalham’s history traces back to Wade Engineering and to Reserve Fund work that predates Alberta’s current legislated framework. In 2022, Kalham acquired the assets of Wade Engineering’s Reserve Fund Study department and continued that experience forward.

Discuss the property, completed work, planned projects and known concerns.

Review prior studies, financials, plans, project information and relevant documentation.

03Site Inspection

Visually review common-property and Reserve Fund components.

04Capital & Financial Analysis

Model timing, costs, balances, contributions and long-term requirements.

05Draft Study

Prepare an organized draft for Board and management review.

06Board Review Meeting

Walk through findings, funding requirements and questions.

07Final Report

Complete appropriate revisions and issue the professionally authenticated final study.
